X Family Camping Trip​

October 20-21

Grab the tent and join your church family for a night under the stars and in front of a campfire!​ Whether you are packing a tent for you alone, or bringing a 12 person tent/hotel for the whole family, we want you to join us as we rest and enjoy Jesus together. Be sure to register below!

What is the cost?

Nothing, this is a free event!

 

What do I need to bring?

Bring your tent, a good chair, whatever food you will want, and any yard games you enjoy!

Where will I sleep?

Bring your own shelter. We can accommodate tents, a few campers (there are no hookups), and hammocks.

*We have a few beds indoors that are available if you are physically unable to sleep outdoors.

When can I arrive/depart?

You can arrive anytime after noon Friday, October 20th. Checkout is before 3pm on Saturday October 21st.

Where are we camping?

We will be hosted by Camp Haven in Damascus. Drive time is around 35 minutes from Conway. Look for directional signs as you get close!

What is the schedule for the night/morning?

No schedule. Let's just be together as a church family.

Where/How can I cook?

We will have a central, larger fire that anyone will be able to use to cook.
